If you are a member in good standing of NSDTRC (USA) and would like an electronic version of the NSDTRC (USA) Membership Roster in PDF format, please complete the following form and submit. The roster is compiled in March of each year.
After verification of your membership status, the roster will be emailed to you as an attachment within 10 days of the request being submitted. Please note that the attached file will be large (~350 KB.) Adobe Acrobat Reader 6.0 or higher or comparable reader required.
We respect our members' privacy! You will be asked to agree to and abide by the NSDTRC (USA) policy that the roster is for the private use of NSDTRC (USA) club members only, and NO commercial use is authorized. Failure to abide by this policy may be interpreted as conduct prejudicial to the best interests of the Club and may result in disciplinary action.
